Love your Body, improve your Life!!!
What comes in my mind about fitness is: Lifestyle Fitness is actually a condition in which a person is physically fit and healthy.
Getting fit is all about mind over matter. I don’t mind so it doesn’t matter. Master your mindset and you will master your body. Being healthy and fit isn’t a FAD or a TREND – it’s a LIFESTYLE.
Now, you might be thinking how can you be physically fit? So, here’s my Fitness Formula…
Exercise Daily + Eat the Right Food = Fitness
My article is basically in two halves- one half is about working out and the other half consists of the right diet.
Let’s commit to Lifestyle Fitness…
HUSTLE FOR THAT MUSCLE
Basically, there are two distinct workout types for proactive lifestyle fitness:
(i) Anaerobic workout (high intensity, short duration, less oxygen)
(ii) Cardiovascular or aerobic workout (moderate intensity, longer duration, more oxygen)
Anaerobic workout includes jumping, sprinting, and heavy weight lifting while cardio workout includes swimming laps, running, and cycling. If you are just a beginner then you should do an aerobic workout so as to build up endurance but if you are already exercising and planning to lose weight quickly then you start doing an anaerobic one.

Six Pack Abs Workout
Wanna look dashing? Here’s the solution, do more cardio workouts, exercise your abdominal muscles, increase your protein intake, and stay hydrated. Having six-pack abs not only makes you look good-looking but it also makes you physically strong and fit.
Sit up or Crunches
Everyone longs for a slim and trim core. If you are one of them, do crunches. Basically, sit-ups or crunches don’t burn many calories but this type of exercise builds up the abdominal muscle groups such as the chest, hip flexors, lower back, and neck.
More Muscles …. More Calories Burn
Our body consists of more than 600 muscles. Have you ever wondered why gym workers take protein shakes? The reason is, protein helps to make muscles in our body. When our body makes more muscles, it burns more calories, resulting in less fat.
Do you know that for every 1 lb of muscle you gain, your body burns an extra 50 calories/day?
Raise up your HDL
Doing more aerobic exercises maintains higher levels of HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein), the good cholesterol.
Live a Long and Fit Life
When it comes to proactive lifestyle fitness, the regular workout doesn’t only make you fit but it has an anti-aging effect too. Some researchers found that 15 minutes of physical activity a day can increase your lifespan by as much as three years.
Rise and Run
Running is a killer leg workout. It can burn plenty of kilojoules of calories in our body. If you can not run or are over-aged, then simply walking can do wonders, especially in the morning. In the US, UK, Australia, and Canada, walking is the most popular and the most widespread workout. a 40 min walk at an average pace can burn 220 calories.
